Our preference is to use high quality products in our installations. There are also times when a client may opt for devices of a lesser quality. Regardless of the make, we do not honor manufacturer's warranties without an appropriate mark-up on materials. Our mark-up is 30% if you would like us to honor the manufacturer's warranty. Otherwise, if an item fails and is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we must be paid to remove and replace the item.
We warrant our labor for one year from date of performance.
