We do not manufacture or retail any products. We purchase products to install per drawings, scope, specifications, and client wishes. We do not honor a manufacturer's warranty. If an item fails and needs to be repaired or replaced, the time it takes to do so as well as any associated materilas is not something we will pay for. If a client wants us to honor a manufacturer's warranty, or to include within our one year labor warranty we must be told at the onset and we will add 25% to the cost of the item(s).
